The parking aid is a driver assistance system that supports the driver when manoeuvring and parking and warns him of obstacles in the vicinity of the vehicle. The classic parking aid works with ultrasonic Sensors. If an obstacle is detected, the driver is notified visually and/or acoustically. The more ultrasonic Sensors are installed across the width of the vehicle, the more accurate the measurement result will be. HELLA offers the right solution for many vehicle brands.
