Autolite Double Platinum spark plugs have a platinum-to-platinum design that decreases gap erosion, reduces misfires, and provides improved durability*, leading to longer service life. It provides superior performance over copper and platinum plugs primarily used in distributorless ignition system (DIS) engines.

  • Engineered with a platinum-to-platinum design that prevents gap erosion, extending the life of the spark plug.
  • Its high alumina ceramic insulator provides optimum thermal conductivity and dielectric strength.
  • The multi-rib insulator prevents flash-over.
  • The yttrium-Enhanced Ground Electrode delivers superior heat transfer that delivers more durability under high temps and pressure for greater life.
