Description:
The NOx (Nitrogen Oxide) Sensor is used in diesel vehicles to detect the level of NOx gas emitting from the engine. Because of strict government emissions regulations, it is imperative that all owners of vehicles outfitted with this sensor make certain that their vehicle is operating in full compliance. _x000D_ CARDONE NOx Sensors are high-performing, real-world tested units that reliably notify the driver of high NOx levels, keeping the vehicle in compliance.
Features and Benefits:
- Competitively priced.
- E-brake cable protective rubber boot and adjustment slot rubber plug supplied where applicable.
- Engineered to meet O.E. form, fit and function.
- Powder-coated to resist rust, chipping, scratching and fading.
- Stamped steel to match O.E. design.
Specifications:
FAA_A1:
A brake dust shield keeps heat generated from the braking system away from suspension and drivetrain components. At the same time, it protects brake rotors, calipers and pads from water and debris intrusion.
FAA_A2:
A one-piece design is structurally stronger than a two-piece design. A one-piece design also matches the O.E. standard and eliminates the potential for noise that a two-piece design may generate.
FAA_A3:
Yes. The axle must be removed on a vehicle with a solid axle for proper installation of the replacement brake dust shield. This will require removal of the differential cover, gear oil, axle retaining pin and C clip. Differential gear oil must be replaced.
FAA_A4:
Yes. The brake dust shield is located underneath the caliper and caliper bracket. The brake dust shield also serves as a mounting point for the E-brake cable on rear applications. All of these components must be removed first to allow for removal of the brake dust shield.
Mounting Hardware Included:
